Welcome to www.mytailor.ae, operated by Harisinghani Tailoring DMCC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Services Provided: www.mytailor.ae offers custom tailoring, alterations, repairs, and related services.
- Order Process: Customers must provide accurate measurements, fabric choices, and other necessary details when placing orders.
- Payment Terms: Payment methods accepted, pricing, and any deposit requirements are outlined on our website. Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests.
- Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While My Tailor endeavors to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as machine breakdown, carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
- Quality Assurance: We take every care in handling garments. In the event of damaged clothing or incorrect alterations, please contact us promptly for resolution.
- Liability: We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as fabric defects or improper care by the customer.
- Liability Limitation: In the event of damage to garments caused by the fault of our team, My Tailor liability shall be limited to the total amount billed for the tailoring services provided. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any amount exceeding the billed amount for the specific services rendered. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the nature of the claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. The client understands and accepts the risk of tailoring and manual nature of tailor when placing the order.
- While My Tailor strives to cater to a wide range of client needs, there may be instances where certain requests cannot be fulfilled due to limitations in materials, design complexity, or other practical constraints. In such cases, clients will be informed at the earliest opportunity and provided with alternative solutions where possible
- Abandoned Items: Items left uncollected after three months will be considered abandoned, and we are not liable for their safekeeping thereafter.
- Price Changes: My Tailor reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, for confirmed orders where a deposit has been paid, the agreed-upon price at the time of the order will be honored.
- Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the client, any deposit paid may be nonrefundable, depending on the stage of production. Cancellation fees are necessary to cover the cost of materials purchased and work undertaken up to the point of cancellation.
- Refunds and Adjustments: Should there be an error in billing or an overpayment, My Tailor will rectify the error by either issuing a refund or adjusting the final invoice, depending on the nature of the error and the client’s preference.
- Intellectual Property: All content on www.mytailor.ae, including images and designs, is owned by Harisinghani Tailoring DMCC and may not be used without permission.
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Modification Clause: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
- Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and collecting items within the specified timeframe.
- Data Privacy: Customer data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with relevant data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
